温度波动下骨骼创伤修复中的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)仿生人工骨3D打印技术 被引量:7

摘要 在全世界范围内骨创伤者仍然在不断增加,所以人工骨需求也在逐年增加,因为聚醚醚酮聚合物具备优良的化学性能,故在医学材料方面得到了较为广泛应用。为了使3D技术在医学范围内发挥更加卓著的效果,文中提出在温度波动下对骨骼创伤修复中的聚醚醚酮仿生人工骨的3D打印技术进行有效分析。首先,利用快速切片算法,采用STL格式的3D模型通过切片处理,将复杂三维模型转化成平面轮廓,采用求交计算、截面轮廓形成及层片路径规划等步骤实现3D打印输出,并利用随机算法对墨滴增加随机抖动,实现最佳打印效果;其次,利用有限元分析法,将PEEK材料性能及状态变化作为研究对象,运用温度场函数构建3D打印模型并实现相关温度分析,研究喷头温度、成形室温度和打印速度三者对样件的影响规律。通过仿真实验证明,温度对PEEK样件存在一定程度影响。 In the world, bone trauma is still increasing, so the demand for artificial bone is also increasing year by year, because the polyether ether ketone polymer has excellent chemical properties, so the medicine has been more widely used. In order to make the 3D technology in the medical field play a more prominent effect, the paper proposed in the temperature fluctuation of the bone trauma repair of polyether ether ketone biomimetic artificial bone 3D printing technology for effective analysis. Firstly,the 3D model of the STL format is transformed into the plane profile by the slicing algorithm. The 3D printout is realized by steps of intersection calculation, profile formation and layer path planning, and then the stochastic algorithm The temperature field function is used to construct the 3D printing model and the related temperature analysis is carried out to study the effect of the temperature of the nozzle, the temperature of the nozzle, the temperature of the nozzle, and the temperature of the nozzle.Finally,Forming chamber temperature and printing speed on the sample of the three rules. Simulation results show that the temperature has a certain effect on the PEEK sample.
