整体护理对慢性重症肝炎患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Integrative Nursing Interventions on Psychological Status and Quality-of-life in Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis

目的调查整体护理对慢性重症肝炎患者的心理状态和生活质量的影响,分析其在促进患者恢复中的作用。方法选取86例慢性重症肝炎患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,对实验组进行整体护理,对照组仅给予常规护理。护理干预后两组患者分别进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生命质量调查量表(SF-36)评分,评估整体护理的干预效果。结果接受整体护理干预的患者SCL-90总均分和焦虑、抑郁及恐惧症状的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36量表评分中的生理功能、总体健康和心理健康三个维度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理可有效缓解慢性重症肝炎患者的负性心理,提升患者的生活质量,促进患者恢复,全面改善患者的身心健康。

Objective To explore the influence of integrative nursing interventions on the psychological status and quality-of-life in patientswith chronic severe hepatitis and to evaluate its value in disease recovery.Methods86patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly enrolledinto experimental group that received integrative nursing interventions and control group with conventional daily care alone.The scores ofSCL-90and SF-36questionnaires in both group were recorded before and after nursing interventions.The effect of integrative nursing was evaluated.Results The average score of SCL-90and adverse psychic reactions including anxiety,depression and fear in patients who received integrativenursing interventions are significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).More improvements in three indices of SF-36including physical functions,general health and mental health are observed in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative nursing interventions in patients withchronic severe hepatitis can effectively reduce adverse psychic reactions,improve quality-of-life,accelerate disease recovery and maintain theirwholesomeness.
