The reflection of 212 cases of adverse reactions report analysis

目的本文以遵义市播州区人民医院(以下简称"本院")2013~2015年成功上报至国家药品不良反应监测系统的212例药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)报告为依据,旨在通过ADR报告现状了解本院合理用药情况。方法利用Excel对2013~2015年的212例ADR报告中各项信息进行回顾性分析。结果男性患者ADR发生高于女性;主要发生在0~18岁患儿,抗菌药物致ADR发生率最高,以皮肤及附件受累多见;诊断以小儿支气管肺炎最多且多选用抗菌药物和抗病毒药物;各年度报告例数相当且引发ADR的药物重复发生率较高。结论本院ADR报告率及药物的合理利用率均有待提高。

Objective Based on the collected data of adverse drug reaction(ADR)from the People's Hosptal Of Zunyi city Bo Zhou District(hereafter referred to as our hospital),to understand the clinical rational drug by means of the ADR report status.Methods Excel was adopted tostatistical,analyze the ADR the212ADR cases which were collected during2013-2015in our hospital.Results The incidence of ADR in femalewas higher than male,the highest incidence of age was during0-18year-old,and anti-infection drugs also had the highest incidence to induce ADR,mostly involved skin and gastrointestinal tract.Diagnosis in children with bronchial pneumonia and most choose antibacterial and antiviral drugs.Conciusion The equally cases was reported and drug causing ADR repetition rate is higher.
