肺癌的早期诊断及西医治疗效果研究

Research on the early diagnosis and the western medicine treatment effect of lung cancer

目的研究肺癌患者的早期诊断方法和治疗效果。方法将早期肺癌患者30例作为研究对象,抽取静脉血液测定血清中的癌胚抗原、烯醇化酶、角蛋白、糖类抗原等肿瘤标志物水平,并和同期健康体检人员30例进行比较。对30例早期肺癌患者,在胸腔镜下行肺叶切除术,观察治疗效果,并测定治疗前后的CT值及SUV值。结果肺癌患者各肿瘤标志物水平均高于健康人员;术后治疗有效率达90.0%,手术用时(98.3±12.6)min,术中出血量(120.5±13.0)m L,住院时间(5.6±1.2)d,术后没有明显的并发症发生;治疗后CT值及SUV值均较治疗前明显降低[(42.5±7.4)vs(26.8±5.2)]、[(9.4±2.2)vs(6.8±1.7)](P<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物的联合检测对肺癌的早期诊断具有较高的应用价值。对于早期肺癌,行胸腔镜肺叶切除术效果确切,能够提高治疗有效率,改善CT指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the early diagnostic methods and treatment effect of lung cancer.Methods Choose30cases early lung cancerpatients who were treated in our hospital as the research object,detect the tumor markers levels of venous blood serum,such as carcinoembryonic antigen,enolization enzyme,keratin and carbohydrate antigen,comparing with30cases healthy physical examination personnel in the same period.30early lung cancer patients were treated by video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy,observed the therapeutic effect,measured CT value and SUV beforeand after treatment.Results The level of each tumor marker in patients with lung cancer was higher than that of healthy personnel;Postoperativeefficiency reached90.0%,operation time was(98.3±12.6)min,blood loss was(120.5±13.0)ml,length of hospital stay time was(5.6±1.2)days,no obvious postoperative complications appeared.CT value and SUV after treatment in patients significantly decreased than before treatment[(42.5±7.4)vs(26.8±5.2)]、[(9.4±2.2)vs(6.8±1.7)](P<0.05).Conclusion The Combined detection of tumor markers for early diagnosis of lung cancerhas higher application value.For early lung cancer,thoracoscope lobe resection with exact effect,can improve the treatment efficiency,improve CTindex,worth clinical promotion.
