护理人员在住院患者实施舒适护理过程中的知识水平的调查

The study on nurses' knowledge on comfort nursing care for hospitalized patients

目的探讨护理人员对住院患者实施舒适护理过程中的护理知识和服务水平的掌握情况。方法应用便利抽样方法,在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院选取311名病房护士进行调查研究。结果其中212名病房护士具有较好的舒适护理知识,从事护理工作6年以上的病房护士在对住院患者进行舒适护理的生理和心理护理方面表现出较高的分数,ICU科护士对患者实施舒适护理方面,获得总分最高,肿瘤科护士分数最低,其中参加调查的282名病房护士都参加过舒适护理工作,但只有210名病房护士接受过正式的舒适护理培训教育。结论本文得出在舒适护理的知识技能方面,不同科室的病房护士比较差异据有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒适护理的继续教育培训课程能够提高不同科室的病房护士的舒适护理知识水平和服务态度。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of practicing nurses on comfort care for hospitalized patients.Methods A survey was conductedin311registered nurses from the first affillated hospital of Qiqihaer medical college.A total of212of the participants showed an adequateknowledge of comfort care.Results Participants who had6years or more working experience returned a higher mean scores on physiological andpsychological aspects of comfort care.the total scores were the highest among partipants from intensive care unit and the lowest among partipantsfrom the oncology department.Although282participants were involved in comfort care,only210received formal hospital based training in this practice.Conclusion We conclude that there was a large difference in the knowledge between nurses from different departments on comfort care(P<0.05).Continuing education programmes are requires to improve the knowledge and skills in comfort care.
