摘要
文中对低密度聚乙烯装置生产的LDPE 2426 H吹膜工艺进行了研究,确定了吹膜生产的最佳条件。结果表明,LDPE 2426 H的重均分子量为9.4×10~4,结晶度为38.5%,具有分子量分布较宽、结晶度较低的特点。在加工温度为170~190℃、吹胀比为3.0时,吹制的薄膜光学性能最好、耐冲击强度高。
This paper made research to film blowing process for 2426 H produced by the LDPE plant, and determined the best condition for film blowing production. The result showed that the LDPE 2426 H’s weight-average molecular weight is 9.4×104, its crystallinity is 38.5%, and it has the characteristics of wide molecular weight distribution and low crystallinity. At the temperature of 170~190 ℃ and blowup ratio of 3.0, the film blown has the best optical property and high impact strength.
