摘要
针对天然气乙二醇脱水装置的设备腐蚀问题,采用了缓蚀剂抑制腐蚀的方法,分别考察了甲基二乙醇胺、乙醇胺和三乙醇胺的防腐蚀效果,得出了3种缓蚀剂在常温下的最佳配比浓度,确定了缓蚀效果最佳的缓蚀剂。
Aiming at equipment corrosion problem in the ethyl glycol dehydration unit of natural gas, corrosion inhibitor was used to inhibit corrosion, the anti- corrosion effect of methyldiethanolamine, ethanol amine and triethanolamine was investigated respectively. The optimal concentration ratio of the 3 corrosion inhibitors under normal temperature was obtained, and the inhibitor with the best corrosion inhibition effect was determined.
