加氢反应器的制造工艺探讨

阐述了某柴油加氢脱硫装置加氢反应器的制造工艺和质量控制措施。包括主体焊缝的窄间隙焊接,内壁不锈钢层堆焊,热处理,整体水压试验等。采取合理的加工、组装及焊接工艺,经检验该加氢反应器制造质量优良,完全满足装置安全平稳运行的需要。

This paper expounded the manufacturing process and quality control for the hydrogenation reactor of a dieselhydrodesul furization unit, including the narrow gap welding of the integral welding joints, stainless steel overlaying of internal wall,heat treatment, and integral hydraulic tests. Proper machining, assembling and welding procedures were adopted. Inspection showed that the manufacturing quality of this hydrogenation reactor is fine, and totally meats the requirement for safe and smooth operation of the unit.
