我国90%炼油化工装置的泄漏为法兰密封面泄漏,解决法兰连接的螺栓紧固问题是解决泄漏的唯一途径。该文阐述了法兰定力矩紧固的使用方法、适用范围、条件分析、设备及施工技术流程。证明了法兰螺栓定力矩紧固具有施工简单、工期短、节省人力、劳动强度低、效果好、检修部位使用寿命长等优点。

At present, 90% leakages of petrochemical plants are the leakages of flange sealing surfaces. Therefore, solving the bolt fastening problem of flange connection is the only approach to eliminating leakage. This paper expounded the method of application,range of application, condition analysis, equipment, as well as construction technique process of fixed-torque fastening of flange. It showed that the fixed- torque fastening of flange bolts has advantages of simple construction, short construction duration, low manpower demand, low labor intensity, good effect, and long service life of the maintenance parts.
