摘要
全新的媒介资源为高校辅导员群体的工作、实践和发展注入了无限可能性,面对各种媒介形态不断融合和交流,辅导员的媒介素养成为适应工作需要和引领大学生网络思潮的重要素养之一。高校辅导员要对新兴"媒介"的融合有全面深刻的理解,其媒介素养要求的本质是利用媒介信息要素完善自我职业能力的素养、利用新兴媒介将现实世界和虚拟世界大学生的思想政治教育深度融合。辅导员媒介素养提升路径是内在思想意识上的主动学习、外在媒介资源、团队的充分利用,整合校内外资源形成辅导员媒介素养的长效提升机制等。
New media resources offered infinite possibility for the practice, work, and development of university counselor groups.Facing with the continued fusion and communication of all kinds of media forms, the media literacy of university counselors is becoming an important part of adapting for the job need and leading university students' media thoughts. University counselors should have the comprehensive understanding of the media fusion. The nature required by their media literacy is to make use of the internet development to improve their own quality, to use the emerging media to expand the college students' ideological and political education both in the real world and the virtual world. The improving path of university counselors' media literacy forms the active consciousness of media literacy education, sets up a special instructor team of media literacy education, builds the media literacy resource platform,and integrates the resources to form the long-term training mechanism of the instructors media literacy.
