CT与腹部X线在肠梗阻诊断中的应用效果

Application effect of CT and abdominal X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

目的比较分析CT与腹部X线在肠梗阻诊断中的应用效果。方法 125例肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,均经腹部X线和CT检查。比较两种检查方法的梗阻部位、梗阻原因、绞窄准确率及图像清晰度、操作难度及患者舒适度。结果 CT检查梗阻部位、原因、绞窄准确率分别为91.2%、85.6%、96.8%,高于腹部X线的70.4%、36.0%、32.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查图像清晰度、患者舒适度高于腹部X线,操作难度低于腹部X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT与腹部X线在肠梗阻的诊断中均有重要的价值,但是CT检查梗阻部位、原因、绞窄准确率更高,图像更清晰,检查过程中患者的痛苦更小,患者更易于接受,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of CT and abdominal X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods There were 125 intestinal obstruction patients as study subjects,and they were all received CT and abdominal X-ray examination. Comparison were made on obstruction site,cause of obstruction and strangulation accuracy, image definition, operation difficulty and patient comfort in two examination methods. Results Accuracy rate of obstruction site, cause of obstruction and strangulation accuracy by CT examination respectively as 91.2%, 85.6% and 96.8%, which were all higher than 70.4%, 36.0% and 32.0% by abdominal X-ray (P<0.05). CT examination had higher image definition and patient comfort degreethan abdominal X-ray, and lower operation difficulty than abdominal X-ray. Their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion CT and abdominal X-ray have important value in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, but CT examination has higher obstruction site, cause of obstruction and strangulation accuracy., and the image is more clear, the pain of the patients is smaller in the process of checking, more easily accepted in patients. So this method can be popularized in clinical application.
