中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of anterior uveitis

目的观察中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法 50例前葡萄膜炎患者,随机分为治疗组(27例)与对照组(23例)。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,治疗组给予单纯西药治疗同时口服六锐胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗前症状及体征积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组症状及体征积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组视力改善总有效率(92.6%)高于对照组(69.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率(66.7%)高于对照组(34.8%),治愈时间(14.16±4.87)d短于对照组(20.59±5.44)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎可以明显缓解症状,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of anterior uveitis. Methods A total of 50 anterior uveitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group (27 cases) and control group (23 cases). The control group received only western medicine for treatment, and the treatment group received western medicine and oral Liurui capsules for treatment. Treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differencein signs and symptoms score before treatment (P>0.05). Both groups had lower signs and symptoms score aftertreatment than before treatment, and the treatment group had lower scores than the control group. Their differenceshad statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group had higher total visual improvement effective rate (92.6%)than the control group (69.6%), and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group had higher cure rate (66.7%) than the control group (34.8%), and shorter cure time as (14.16±4.87) d than (20.59±5.44) din the control group. All their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for anterior uveitis can clearly relieve symptoms and improve quality of life in patients.
