探讨中药外敷治疗小儿肺炎的护理措施

Exploration on nursing measures of external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的对小儿肺炎使用中药外敷的临床护理和治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法 120例肺炎患儿,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组使用常规治疗和护理,试验组增加中药外敷治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果试验组服务和技术评分平均(36.03±1.16)分,关心与关爱评分平均(36.43±2.15)分,环境与指导评分平均(27.47±0.95)分;对照组分别为(32.16±3.24)、(31.77±3.14)、(24.16±2.45)分。试验组服务和技术、关心与关爱、环境与指导评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率96.67%高于对照组86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎患儿接受中药外敷治疗的临床效果突出,可以进行推广使用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing and treatment effect of external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods A total of 120 infantile pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing, and the experimental group added external application of Chinese medicine treatment. Clinical treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results The experimental group had mean service and technical score as (36.03±1.16) points, mean care and love score as(36.43±2.15) points, mean environment and guide score as (27.47±0.95) points, which were (32.16±3.24),(31.77±3.14) and (24.16±2.45) points in the control group. The experimental group had higher service and technical score, care and love score and environment and guide score than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 96.67% than86.67% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine shows significant clinical effect for treatment of infantile pneumonia, and can be promoted and used.
