探讨中药敷贴治疗小儿腹泻的护理体会

Exploration on nursing experience of Chinese medicine plaster in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的对小儿腹泻患儿接受中药敷贴治疗的效果进行探讨分析。方法 74例腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。两组均给予加味香连丸中药敷贴治疗,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用针对性护理干预,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组显效21例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率为97.3%;对照组显效7例,有效15例,无效15例,总有效率为59.5%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻接受中药敷贴治疗的临床效果较好,结合针对性护理干预效果更显著,临床可以推广使用。

Objective To explore and analyze the treatment effect of infantile diarrhea patients treated with Chinese medicine plaster. Methods A total of 74 infantile diarrhea patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups received Jiawei Xianglian pills for Chinese medicine plaster treatment, and the control group received conventional nursing method. The observation group received targeted nursing intervention. Clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had 21 excellent cases, 15 effective cases and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 97.3%. The control group had 7 excellent cases, 15 effective cases and 12 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 59.5%.There was statistically significant difference in total effective rate in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine plaster shows good clinical effect, and the effect is significant combined with effective nursing measures.So it can be promoted in clinic.
