急性心肌梗死中医辨证治疗临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment for acute myocardial infarction

目的探究中医辨证疗法应用在急性心肌梗死患者临床治疗中的效果。方法 136例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组患者采用常规西药疗法,观察组患者在常规西药疗法基础上采用中医辨证治疗。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果对照组患者治疗显效14例、占20.6%,有效24例、占35.3%,无效30例、占44.1%,总有效率为55.9%。观察组患者治疗显效30例、占44.1%,有效26例、占38.3%,无效12例、占17.6%,总有效率为82.4%。观察组患者显效率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率38.2%低于对照组69.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗急性心肌梗死在保证治疗效果的同时能够显著降低患者出现心力衰竭等并发症发生率,减少患者死亡率。

Objective To investigate effect by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment applied in clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 136 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine therapy, and the observation group received additional traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment to conventional Western medicine therapy. Clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The control group had 14 excellent cases, accounting for 20.6%, 24 effective cases, accounting for 35.3%, and 30 ineffective cases,accounting for 44.1%, with total effective rate as 55.9%. The observation group had 30 excellent cases, accountingfor 44.1%, 26 effective cases, accounting for 38.3%, and 12 ineffective cases, accounting for 17.6%, with totaleffective rate as 82.4%. The observation group had all higher excellent rate and total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 38.2% than 69.1% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment can guarantee curative effect,remarkably decrease incidence of heart failure as complication, and reduce mortality rate.
