胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝降逆和胃法治疗的疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of bile reflux gastritis treated with Shugan Jiangni Hewei method treatment

目的分析胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝降逆和胃法治疗的疗效。方法 78例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,采用电脑随机分组方式分为研究组和常规组,各39例。常规组给予常规西药治疗;研究组应用疏肝降逆和胃法进行治疗,对比两组患者中医证候积分及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率94.87%高于常规组74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均较本组治疗前降低,且研究组降低幅度明显优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝降逆和胃法治疗,疗效突出,可起到标本兼治、疏肝利胆、降逆理气之功效,用药安全可靠,值得临床进一步采纳。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of bile reflux gastritis treated with Shugan Jiangni Hewei method treatment. Methods A total of 78 bile reflux gastritis patients were randomly divided into research group and conventional group, with 39 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional western medicine for treatment, and the research group received Shugan Jiangni Hewei method for treatment. Comparisonwere made on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical treatment effect in two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the research group had higher total treatment effective rate as 94.87% than 74.36% in theconventional group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before treatment (P>0.05). Both groups had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score after treatment than before treatment, and the research group had better reduction than the conventional group. All their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jiangni Hewei method shows significant curative effect for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis, which has the effect of resolving the current problems and eliminating the root causes, soothing livergallbladder and Jiangni Liqi with drug safety and reliable, and is worth further clinical adoption.
