摘要
新时期下激烈的国际竞争逐渐演变为国家之间人才的竞争,高校肩负着培养人才的使命,其教师的综合能力、整体素质、教育教学水平直接与高校的进步和发展挂钩。经过多年的摸索和改革,高校教师队伍建设已取得一定的成果,但不乏存在问题。为了适应新常态,各高校应在审视自身的同时,提出提升教师队伍质量,增强师资力量的对策。
The fierce international competition in the new period evolved into the talent competition between countries. Universities shoulder the mission of training talents, the teachers’ comprehensive ability and overall quality, education teaching level directly linked to the progress and development of colleges and universities. After years of exploration and reform, teacher team construction in colleges and universities have made certain achievements. But there is a problem. In order to adapt to the new normal, universities should scan their own at the same time, puts forward improving the quality of teachers, strengthen the faculty of countermeasures.
