摘要
对18000TEU集装箱船建造的舱口围与抗扭箱一体化制作、焊接变形控制、精度控制、横隔舱整体建造及模拟试箱等关键技术进行分析。结合该船的建造技术,提出改进意见,在后续大型集装箱船的建造过程中进行优化。
This paper introduces the key technologies of the 18 000TEU Container Ship construction, including integrated construction of hatch coaming and torsion box, welding deformation control, accuracy control, transverse bulkhead overall construction, mock-up test and etc. Based on the construction technologies of this vessel, suggestions for the improvement are proposed to optimize the construction process of the subsequent vessels.
