摘要 将网络传输技术和视频自动分析技术应用于网络视频监控系统,设计出一种基于监控终端、网络传输、中心服务器和客户端4个部分组成的智能视频监控系统。通过标定、TCP/RTP协议以及滤波器图表结构,实现良好的扩展性和重复性。 The network transmission technology and automatic video analysis technology were applied to network video monitoring system to design an intelligent video monitoring system with composition of the monitoring terminal, network transmission, center server and the client. Through calibration, TCP/RTP protocol and filter graph structure, it could get the good expansibility and repeatability.
