七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Sevoflurane in Clinical Anesthesia for Children

目的:观察分析七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中的应用效果,促进临床合理使用麻醉药物。方法:随机选取三峡大学第二人民医院2014年11月至2015年12月期间收治的74例手术治疗患儿作为本次研究对象,采用奇偶分组法分为对照组和研究组,每组各37例。对照组患儿采用异氟烷进行麻醉,研究中患儿采用七氟烷进行麻醉。对比两组患儿平均拔管时间、平均苏醒时间,分别记录两组患儿出现的不良反应,对比不良反应发生率。结果:研究中患儿的平均拔管时间与平均苏醒时间均明显比对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;且研究组患儿的不良反应较少,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中的应用效果较好,可有效缩短患儿拔管时间与苏醒时间,且麻醉过程中不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高,值得临临床医学中进行推广与应用。

Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of sevoflurane in clinical anesthesia for children, and to promote the clinical rational use of anesthesia drugs. Methods: 74 cases of children and who accepted surgical treatments in Third People's Hospital of the Three Gorges University from November, 2014 to December, 2015 were taken as the research objects, and divided into control group and study group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isoflurane anesthesia while the study group was treated with sevoflurane anesthesia. Then, the average extubation time and average recovery time of two groups of children were compared, the adverse reaction were recorded, and the in cidenceof adverse reactions were compared. Results: The average extubation time and average recovery time of children in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); And the adverse reactions in the study group were less, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of sevoflurane in clinical anesthesia in children are good, since it can effectively shorten the extubation time and recovery time, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, the safety is high. Thus it is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinical medicine.
