更昔洛韦联合He-Ne激光治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ganciclovir Combined with He-Ne Laser in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:对应用He-Ne激光技术与抗病毒药物更昔洛韦联合对患有带状疱疹疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择鹰潭市人民医院收治的患有带状疱疹疾病的患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。单纯应用抗病毒药物更昔洛韦对对照组患者实施治疗;采用He-Ne激光技术与抗病毒药物更昔洛韦联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组研究对象用药过程中出现的不良反应、带状疱疹水泡完全结痂时间、皮肤外观恢复正常时间、用药治疗总时间、带状疱疹疾病治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者用药过程中出现的不良反应明显少于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);带状疱疹水泡完全结痂时间、皮肤外观恢复正常时间、用药治疗总时间明显短于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);带状疱疹疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用He-Ne激光技术与抗病毒药物更昔洛韦联合对患有带状疱疹疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective: The application effect of He - Ne laser technology combined with antiviral drugs Ganciclovir for the treatment of herpes zoster disease was evaluated in the present study. Methods: 82 cases of patients with herpes zoster disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 41 cases in each group. Simple application of antiviral drugs Ganciclovir treatment was regarded as the control group;The He - Ne laser technology combined antiviral drugs Ganciclovir treatment was regarded as the treatment group. Drug adverse reactions, herpes zoster blisters scab over time, skin appearance completely back to normal time, drug treatment of total time, and herpes zoster disease treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment of adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05); herpes zoster completely blisters scab, skin to restore the normal time, treatment time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05); herpes zoster disease treatment effect significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of He - Ne laser technology combined with antiviral drugs Ganciclovir for the treatment of herpes zoster disease showed better clinical effect.
