摘要
介绍了2016年强台风"妮妲"的基本情况,广东防御强台风"妮妲"过程及经验,从设备技术、工作机制、群众意识三个方面提出在防御过程中的不足及建议,为广东防台减灾提供一定借鉴作用。
In this paper,the author introduces the situation of typhoon Nida,defense process,and experience,analyzes the problems and puts forward suggestions in the process of typhoon defense from three aspects:equipmenttechnologies,defense mechanism and defense preparation,which can provide some reference to disaster prevention inGuangdong Province.
