摘要
通过行业调研确定检测技术应用型人才的岗位需求,根据企业用人岗位需求的实际,对检测技术应用型人才的培养进行定位,精心构建检测技术应用型人才的培养模式,合理设置课程,适应社会的需求。以"强化实践"与"强化技能"的专业教学模式确保检测技术应用型人才培养模式的实施,推动学生取得相应的职业资格证书并且获得相应的岗位工作能力,找到合适的工作岗位并实现个人职业发展的目标。
Based on industry investigation,the position requirements for application-oriented talent of DetectionTechnology is determined.Through position survey in enterprises,the talent education for application-orientedtalent of Detection Technology is discussed and designed,namely,the education mode and curriculum developmentare elaborately researched and established.The teaching mode of“practice emphasis”and“technique emphasis”can ensure the education mode of application-oriented talent of Detection Technology is implemented,students’vocational qualification certificate is granted,their professional competence is obtained,and their employment ofself-worth is realized.
