摘要
导生引导式团队学习(PLTL)是美国高校新兴发展的一种教学模式,由高年级优秀学生作为导生引导低年级学生进行团队学习,作为正规课堂教学的有效补充,在美国高校得到较为广泛的应用实践并被验证对学生及导生均具有良好的成效。从导生、学生团队学习、引导、学习主题、学习评价五个方面阐述了导生引导式团队学习(PLTL)的具体运作,并从以学生为中心的教育理念、学生广泛能力的培养、导生的自我提升平台、教师的积极参与以及可推广性五个方面进行了评价。PLTL教学模式对我国高等教育改革中的高等教育质量提升具有重大的启示与借鉴意义。
Peer-Led Team Learning(PLTL)is a teaching model developed in American universities.The outstandingsenior-grade students act as peer leaders to guide and facilitate the team learning of junior-grade students.It is aneffective complement to the classroom teaching.The PLTL model has been widely applied in practice and provedbetter performance on both students and peer leader.This paper demonstrates the detail process of the PLTL modelfrom the angle of peer leader,student team learning,guiding,learning issues and learning assessment.And,fromthe perspective of the student-centered education philosophy,the broad abilities cultivation,the self-enhancementplatform for peer leaders,teacher’s active participation,and the popularization feasibility,the PLTL model is alsoobserved.The research indicates that the PLTL mode may act as some of reference to the higher education quality inChina's higher education reform.
