供给侧结构性改革视角下高校应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Education Mode for Application-oriented Talent-- From the Perspective of Structural Reform of Supply Front

供给侧结构性改革与高校应用型人才培养模式具有辩证统一的关系。当前,高校应用型人才培养模式在传统需求侧改革下存在困境,如专业设置与市场需求结构不合理,学科标准与专业人才素质要求不匹配,师资队伍与实践教学新变化不适应,评价机制未能满足"管办评分离"要求等。对此,提出要加减乘除多种举措并举,开创供给侧结构性改革下高校应用型人才培养模式新路径。

The relationship between the structural reform of supply front and the education mode for applicationorientedtalent is coherent.Against the background of the structural reform of supply front,problems have emergedfrom the education mode for application-oriented talent,such as the inconsistence between specialty settings andmarket needs,the incompatibility of subject criterion with professional requirements,the inadaptation of teachingfaculty to new changes in practical teaching,and,the evaluation mechanism,etc.In this paper,the author suggeststhat measures be taken to explore new education modes for application-oriented talent.
