舒肝解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect by Shugan Jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients

目的探讨舒肝解毒汤对于慢性乙型肝炎的临床治疗效果。方法 60例慢性乙型肝炎患者,将其随机分成观察组(30例,采用舒肝解毒汤治疗)和对照组(30例,采用苦参素胶囊治疗),对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前两组肝功能指标[血清总胆红素(TBIL)、血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清白/球蛋白比值(A/G)]及肝纤维化指标[IV型酸原(IV-C)、层粘蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)]水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组肝功能及肝纤维化指标水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBe Ag)转阴情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而两组乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)转阴情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解毒汤能够有效的治疗慢性乙型肝炎,治疗效果显著,具有实际推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect by Shugan Jiedu decoction in the treatmentof chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of60patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided intoobservation group(30cases,Shugan Jiedu decoction for treatment)and control group(30cases,marine capsulesfor treatment).Clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statisticallysignificant difference of liver function indexes[serum total bilirubin(TBIL),serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),serum alanine transaminase(ALT),serum ratio of albumin/globulin(A/G)]and hepatic fibrosis indexes[typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),typeⅢprocollagen(PCⅢ)]before treatmentbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had all better liver function and hepaticfibrosis indexes than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observationgroup had obviously better negative hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)condition than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of hepatitis B virus desoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA)andnegative hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)condition between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,theobservation group had much higher total effective rate in treatment as93.33%than73.33%in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jiedu decoction acts effectivelyin treating chronic hepatitis B,along with excellent curative effect.It contains value for practical promotion andapplication.
