氟喹诺酮类抗生素不良反应的临床表现及病例资料研究

Study on clinical manifestations and case data of adverse reactions by fluoroquinolone antibiotics

目的分析研究氟喹诺酮类抗生素治疗引起的不良反应,结合临床病例资料分析其表现。方法 120例氟喹诺酮类抗生素治疗发生不良反应的患者,回顾分析患者的病例资料、用药情况、不良反应发生的具体情况。结果对造成不良反应的氟喹诺酮类抗生素的药物类别进行统计,可见左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、格帕沙星是构成比居于前三位的药物,分别占26.67%、17.50%、15.00%,高于其他类别的氟喹诺酮类抗生素。回顾患者的不良反应主要临床表现,发生于皮肤及其附件的不良反应构成比最高,为40.83%,以皮肤瘙痒、红肿、皮炎、皮疹、荨麻疹或者瘀斑、紫癜等为主要症状,高于其他组织系统构成比。对患者的不良反应损伤程度进行分级,轻度52例、中度62例、重度6例,以轻中度为主,占95.00%。结论氟喹诺酮类抗生素用药过程中可能因各种因素导致不良反应的发生,做好不良反应的预防与控制工作对于促进临床合理用药具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze and study the adverse reactions caused by fluoroquinolone antibiotics,and to analyze its performance combined with clinical data.Methods There were120patients with adversereactions by fluoroquinolone antibiotics,and their clinical data,meditation and occurrence of adverse reactionswere retrospectively analyzed.Results Drug category of fluoroquinolone antibiotics caused adverse reactionswas collected,and it showed that ofloxacin,norfloxacin and lattice were the top three constituent ratio drugs,respectively accounting for26.67%,17.50%and15.00%,which were higher than other types of fluoroquinoloneantibiotics.Review of adverse reactions in patients with major clinical manifestations showed that skin andits accessories had the highest adverse reactions as40.83%,with skin itching,redness,dermatitis,rash,urticaria or petechiae,purpura as the main symptoms,higher than any other organization system.According toclassification of damage degree in adverse reaction,there were52mild cases,62moderate and severe casesand6severe cases.moderate and severe cases were the main components,accounting for95.00%.ConclusionFluoroquinolone antibiotics may cause occurrence of adverse reactions due to various factors in the process ofmeditation,and prevention and control of adverse reactions have great significance in promoting the clinicalrational drug use.
