艾灸联合中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical study on moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的观察艾灸联合中药在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用自拟温中健脾萎胃舒中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合艾灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3周,观察组症候积分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者在中药基础上联合艾灸治疗效果理想,能降低机体炎症,促进患者早期恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinesemedicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients.Methods A total of60chronic atrophic gastritispatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The controlgroup received self-designed traditional Chinese medicine of Wenzhong Jianpi Weiweishu for treatment,andthe observation group received moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect was compared in twogroups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in symptoms score before treatment between twogroups(P>0.05).After1,2and3weeks of treatment,the observation group had lower symptom score than that ofthe control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviouslyhigher total treatment effective rate as96.7%than80.0%in the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicineshows ideal treatment effect for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,which can reduce the bodyinflammation,promoteearly recovery of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
