VSD在骨科创伤后感染治疗中的效果观察

Observation on effect of VSD in the treatment of infection after orthopaedic trauma

目的对封闭式负压吸引术(VSD)在骨科创伤后感染治疗中效果进行观察分析。方法 64例骨科创伤后感染患者,随机分成A组与B组,各32例。B组患者行常规清创术,A组患者使用VSD,敷料覆盖创面。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间及治疗效果。结果 A组创面愈合时间为(14.02±2.32)d,短于B组的(21.24±5.13)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.254,P<0.05)。A组患者治愈23例、显效7例、无效2例,总有效率为93.8%;B组患者治愈17例、显效5例、无效10例,总有效率为68.8%;A组总有效率高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.564,P<0.05)。结论治疗骨科创伤后感染患者应用VSD,可大大缩短创面感染时间,提高治疗有效率,加快组织恢复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatmentof infection after orthopaedic trauma.Methods A total of64infection after orthopaedic trauma patients wererandomly divided into group A and group B,with32cases in each group.Group B received conventional debridement,and the group A received VSD and dressing covering wound infection.Comparison were made on wound healing timeand treatment effect in two groups.Results Group A had wound healing time as(14.02±2.32)d which was shorterthan(21.24±5.13)d in group B,and the difference had statistical significance(t=7.254,P<0.05).Group A had23cured cases,7effective cases and2ineffective cases,with total effective rate as93.8%,while group B had17curedcases,5effective cases and10ineffective cases,with total effective rate as68.8%.Group A had higher total effectiverate than group B,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=6.564,P<0.05).Conclusion Application ofVSD for the treatment of infection after orthopaedic trauma can greatly shorten the time of wound infection,improvethe treatment efficiency,and speed up tissue recovery,and it is worth clinical promotion.
