152例老年性阴道炎治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment for 152 senile vaginitis cases

目的研究老年性阴道炎治疗方法和临床效果。方法 152例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为J组与J+D组,各76例。J组采用甲硝唑凝胶治疗,J+D组采用甲硝唑凝胶联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊(定君生)进行治疗。比较两组患者疾病治疗效果、阴道灼热缓解时间、白带复常时间、阴道壁红肿充血消退时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间,及治疗前后患者生活质量、阴道清洁度级别的差异。结果 J+D组患者治疗总有效率为96.05%,明显高于J组的82.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量、阴道清洁度级别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组生活质量、阴道清洁度级别均明显改善,且J+D组改善幅度较J组更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。J+D组阴道灼热缓解时间、白带复常时间、阴道壁红肿充血消退时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间均明显短于J组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性阴道炎采用甲硝唑凝胶联合定君生治疗的效果优于单一采用甲硝唑凝胶治疗,可有效促进患者临床各项症状缓解,缩短疗程,改善患者阴道清洁度,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To research treatment measure and clinical effect for senile vaginitis.Methods Atotal of152senile vaginitis patients were randomly divided into group J and group J+D,with76cases in eachgroup.Group J received metronidazole gel for treatment,and group J+D received metronidazole gel combined withlactobacillus viable capsules by vigina use(Dingjunsheng)for treatment.Comparison was made on curative effect,vaginal burning heat relief time,leucorrhea recovery time,vaginal wall swelling and congestion disappearancetime,vaginal pruritus disappearance time,and difference in quality of life and vagina cleanness degree betweenthe two groups.Results Group J+D had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as96.05%than82.89%in group J,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significantdifference of quality of life and vagina cleanness degree between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,both groups had obviously improved quality of life and vagina cleanness degree,and group J+D hadlarger improvement degree than group J,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Group J+Dhad all shorter vaginal burning heat relief time,leucorrhea recovery time,vaginal wall swelling and congestiondisappearance time,and vaginal pruritus disappearance time than group J,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of metronidazole gel and Dingjunsheng shows better curativeeffect than single metronidazole gel in the treatment of senile vaginitis.This method can effectively accelerateclinical symptom relief,shorten treatment duration,improve vagina cleanness degree and enhance quality of life in patients.It is worth promoting and applying.
