Objective To analyze effect by children early comprehensive development project inaccelerating infantile intellectual development and nutrition. Methods A total of1000outpatients infantswere divided into research group and control group,with500cases in each group. The research group receivedchildren early comprehensive development project, and the control group received conventional interventionguidance.Comparison was made on intellectual development scores and incidence of nutritional disease betweenthe two groups. Results The research group had adaptability score as(106.12±6.01)points,sociability scoreas(110.01±5.91)points,language score as(107.34±6.01)points,gross motor score as(116.01±5.01)points and fine motor score as(116.01±4.91)points,which were obviously higher than(93.71±6.01),(97.91±5.92),(94.33±5.91),(102.97±5.31)and(103.27±5.21)points in the control group, and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The research group had lower incidence of nutritional disease as6.00%than26.00%in thecontrol group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of children earlycomprehensive development project for infants can remarkably accelerate infantile intellectual development andlower incidence of nutritional disease. This method is worth widely promotion and application in early childrenhealth care.
