Bi_(1-x)La_xFeO_3粉体的水热法制备与表征

摘要 以Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O、Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O、La(NO_3)_3·6H_2O和KOH为原料,NH_3·H_2O为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备Bi_(1-x)La_xFeO_3粉体,借助XRD和SEM研究了掺杂对晶体结构和产物形貌的影响。结果表明:200℃和220℃保温4h的条件下成功制备出了掺杂La的Bi_(0.95)La_(0.05)FeO_3粉体;La掺杂量x=0-0.07时,Bi_(1-x)La_xFeO_3粉体晶粒由150 nm的球形逐渐变为1.6μm的立方体状。 Bi1-xLaxFeO3powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,Bi(NO3)3·5H2O,La(NO3)3·6H2O and KOHas raw materials,and NH3·H2O as a precipitant.The effects of La doping on the morphology and crystal structure of Bi1-xLaxFeO3were studiedby XRD and SEM.The results revealed that Bi0.95La0.05FeO3powders were successfully prepared after the treatment at200℃and220℃for4h.When the La content changed from0to0.07,the morphology of Bi1-xLaxFeO3powders changed from150nm–sized spheres to1.6μm–sized cubes.
