L-色氨酸发酵条件优化分析

摘要 色氨酸是人体、动物和真菌生物不可缺少的元素。而L-色氨酸是不能够在生物体内自然合成的,需要从日常食物当中摄取。通过了解L-色氨酸的用途,分析了L-色氨酸发酵过程的条件优化策略。
