蒸压加气混凝土砌块在浙江省经历了近20年的发展壮大,生产工艺与生产装备都已具备较高水平,但企业管理者往往认为抗压强度才是产品质量唯一的硬性指标,而缺乏对其他理化性能的关注,事实上近些年来,一部分企业已经出现了抗压强度远高于国家标准要求,但是在物流过程中出现的破碎、裂纹、缺棱掉角产品的比率仍然不低。通过样本的物理(力学)性能测试,评估行业质量(脆性)水平,寻找蒸压加气混凝土砌块物理性能与物流过程中损耗的关系,为企业提供内控指标,以期降低物流运输过程中的产品报废数量,减少资源消耗的同时提升企业市场竞争力。
