摘要
"十二五"以来,中国海洋油气勘探开发步入了高速发展的新时代,海上固井在超深水、高温高压、浅层气等复杂井况下也面临着更加严峻的技术挑战。经过"十二五"固井技术的科研攻关,中国海油开发出一系列高性能的固井添加剂、完善的固井工艺技术、精密的水泥浆评价仪器以及稳定可靠的固井装备,并在高温高压水泥环完整性、深水、浅层气和高压盐膏层等固井领域取得长足进步。针对低油价、勘探新领域、老油田生产、安全环保等形势,展望未来海上固井技术发展方向,指出固井产品需系列化和规范化,要创新研发针对性水泥浆体系、固井技术及固井工具等。
China’s offshore oil and gas exploration and development has been set on the track of high-speed development since the 12th Five-year Plan Period. Offshore cementing faces sterner challenges under the complicated well conditions,such as super-deep water, high temperature and high pressure, and shallow-layer gas. Based on the cementing technological research projects in the 12th Five-year Plan Period, COSL has developed a series of high-functional cementing additives,perfect cementing process technology, accurate cement slurry appraising instrument and stable and reliable cementing equipment. Significant progress has been made in such cementing areas as cement sheath integrity under high temperature and high pressure, deepwater, shallow-layer gas and high-pressure gypsum. This paper focuses on low oil prices, new exploration areas, production at old oilfields and safety and environmental protection and looks forward into future offshore cementing technological development direction. It is pointed out that cementing products calls for serialization and standardization while the efforts for creation and research should be focused on the well-tailored cement slurry system and cementing technology and tools.
