摘要
采用回收废料聚酯(PET)瓶片的降解新工艺,以降解产物对苯二甲酸(TPA)为主要反应物,聚合成粉末涂料用饱和树脂。结果表明:降解产物TPA的回收率达到97%;聚合反应温度为220℃时,产品外观颜色最佳,黏度为0.20/Pa·s,维卡软化点温度达到48℃。利用PET回收废料为原料降解后合成粉末涂料用饱和树脂,具有良好的经济效益和环保效应。
Adopting the new degradation technology of recycling polyester garbage (PET) in bottle or piece and take the degraded products terephthalic acid (TPA) as the main reactants and then aggregate into saturated resin in the state of powder coating. The results show that the recovery rate of degradation products TPA can reach 97%; When the polymerization reaction temperature is 220 ℃, the product appearance color is the best with viscosity of 0.20 / Pa.S and the temperature of vicat softening point of 48 ℃. Utilizing the degradation products PET to recycle waste materials as raw material, after degradation, the saturated resin in powder coating is made and it has good economic benefit and environmental effect.
