摘要
当今世界能源现状不容乐观,石油资源储量不足,能源危机日趋紧迫;与此同时石油资源的转化利用率不高,浪费严重,使得科研工作者对于提高石油炼制过程中的重油组份利用率,努力提高整体汽油的辛烷值极其重视,并对化工生产过程的优良、模拟、改进给予了足够的关注。在中国催化裂化汽油占燃油总量的70%以上,因此催化裂化过程中催化剂的革新是长期以来化工人的研究重心。尤其是具有MFI结构的ZSM-5沸石,因其各方面良好的性能,被广泛应用于提高石油炼制中轻质油和烯烃的产量。作者通过阅读文献归纳总结了目前国内沸石分子筛的合成办法、应用方向以及研究前景,尤其是某些方法能够有效地解决其选择局限性和催化剂易失活等问题,逐渐成为当今工业催化研究的热点。
In today's world, the energy status quo is not optimistic that the reserves of oil resources is not sufficient and the energy crisis has become increasingly urgent; Meanwhile the transformation and utilization rate of oil resources is not high and the phenomenon of wastage is serious,which makes the science researcher pay great attention to improve the utilization rate of heavy oil components in the process of oil refining and improve the octane value of the overall gasoline, besides, it also give enough attention to the choiceness, simulation and improvement in the process of chemical industry production. In China, catalytic cracking gasoline accounts for over 70% of the total fuel, so in the process of catalytic cracking, the reformation of catalyst is the research core for chemiistry for a long time. Especially for the ZSM-5 zeolite with MFI structure, because of its good performance, it is widely used in improving the yield of light oil and olefin in the oil refining process. The author has summarized the synthetic method, application direction and research prospects of present domestic zeolite molecular sieve by reading literature, especially, some methods can effectively solve the limitation and the catalyst deactivation[1] etc. problems, which has gradually become the hot spot of today's industrial catalysis research.
