摘要
设备与管阀件泄漏是炼油厂最主要的VOCs无组织排放源之一。中海炼化惠州炼化分公司通过实施设备与管阀件泄漏检测与维修(LDAR)计划,发现并维修泄漏,跟踪并防止泄漏,VOCs减排率达66.3%,泄漏点位一次修复率达97.6%,实现了VOCs高效减排。
Equipment and pipe valves leakage is one of the main VOCs unsystematic emission source of oil refinery. Huizhou Petrochemical Branch of Cnooc refining, through the implementation of equipment and pipe valves leakage detection and repair (LDAR) plan, finds and repairs the leakage, track and prevent the leakage as a result, the VOCs emission reduction rate reach 66.3% and the one time repair rate of leakage point reach 97.6%, which realizes the VOCs high efficiency of emission reduction.
