化工机械设备的故障维修在化工生产过程当中具有十分重要的作用,本文首先对化工设备的故障类型进行了分类,在此基础上本文从三个方面提出了有效的化工设备故障预防以及维修措施,极大的提高了化工设备运行的稳定性。

The fault maintenance of chemical engineering mechanic equipment plays the very important role in the process of chemical engineering production. In this paper, firstly, it has taken classification of the fault types of chemical engineering equipment, on which basis, it has put forward the effective chemical engineering equipment malfunction prevention and maintenance measures from three aspects, which has improved the operating stability of chemical engineering equipment greatly.
