摘要 目前我国在交联剂的应用上还比较单一,只是初步的完成了在酸性条件下植物胶的交联,但是对于多样的酸性交联剂在研制上还是有很多的困难。由于在石油开采过程中,井下的温度以及压力都比较高,研制出多样性的酸性交联稠化剂对油田开采具有重要的意义,就目前的油藏开采现状来看,低渗透油藏会是油田开采产量的主要来源,如何对这类油藏进行压裂改造是现在油藏急需研究的问题。文章从压裂液的性能和发展趋势出发,对有机锆交联剂的合成方法和性能影响因素做了有关研究。 At present, China’s application of crosslinking agent is relatively single and what we finished preliminarily now is the plant gum crosslinking, however, for the development of variety of acidic crosslinking agents, we are still facing many difficulties. In the process of oil exploitation,the downhole temperature and pressure are higher, so developing the multiple acidic cross-linked thickening agent has the vital significance for oil field exploitation. For the current situation of reservoir recovery, low permeability of reservoir is the main source of oilfield exploitation production and how to take fracturing transformation on this kind of reservoir is an urgent issue for current reservoir. In this paper, starting from the perspective of fracturing fluid performance and development trend, it takes related study of the synthetic methods and performanceinfluenced factors of organic zirconium cross-linking agent.
