浅谈工程设计中疏水阀的选型和使用

摘要 蒸汽疏水阀作为工程设计中蒸汽系统阻汽排水的重要环节,与蒸汽使用设备的运行效率以及系统的能源消耗密切相关;本文结合蒸汽疏水阀的分类及特性,就其在供热管网不同部位的适用类型进行优选;并通过进出口最大压差、最大排水量以及疏水阀相关特性参数来核算确定选用的型号,系统的探索蒸汽疏水阀的应用选型过程。 Steam trap, as an important link of resisting steam and discharging water for steam system in the process of project design is closely related to the running efficiency of steam using equipment and energy consumption of system; Based on the classification and characteristics of the steam trap, this paper takes selection of the applicable types for different parts of heat supply network; And based on the maximum differential pressure and maximum drainage of entrance and exit and the related characteristic parameters of trap, calculate and determine the selected model, besides,systematically explore the application and type-selection process.
