精细管理在天然气开采中的探究与实践

为保证企业的高效运作,企业应不断探索适应现代社会生产需要的管理模式。天然气的开采管理工作是我国石油企业的重要管理项目,为了保证获取最大的经济效益,在对企业的管理过程中,应不断尝试高效益、低耗能的企业管理模式。由于天然气的开采工作较为特殊,针对天然气开采的管理工作落实起来也较为困难。精细化管理模式,作为一种系统化的管理模式,通过细化工作程序、明确管理目标,并实行针对性较强的管理办法,为解决采气管理中遇到的问题提供了新思路。但是就目前精细管理在天然气开采管理中的实际运用情况来看,依然存在一些问题,本文通过简述开采管理工作当中存在的问题进行探索,希望为相关工作人员的工作提供参考。

But for now fine management in the gas management in the practical application, some problems still exist, this paper briefly describes the problems existing in the management of mining exploration, hope to provide the reference for related staff work.
