高同型半胱氨酸代谢酶基因多态性与冠心病发病关系的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病,CHD)是指冠状动脉狭窄、供血不足引起的心肌机能障碍和器质性病变,其发病原因与高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、年龄等多种因素有关。作为全球死亡率最高的疾病之一,探索其发病的病理生理基础及机制对预防和诊断治疗尤为重要。既往研究发现[1]高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)与冠心病发病之间存在某些关系,Hhcy是冠心病的独立危险因素之一,与高血压、糖尿病的地位类似,而同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)代谢酶的基因多态性则可影响同型半胱氨酸在血浆中的浓度,因此,研究Hcy代谢酶的基因多态性与冠心病之间的关系可为冠心病的诊治提出新的思路。
