冠状动脉旁路移植术的现状与展望 被引量:8

摘要 随着外科技术的不断提高,冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)出现多种不同术式以满足临床上的各种需求,其最终目的都是重新恢复远端缺血心肌的血运。血运重建越来越呈现出创伤小、风险小、效果好、多种技术交叉的趋势,从而更好的缓解心绞痛症状,达到提高生活质量,延长寿命的目的。目前心脏外科领域除了传统的体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)、非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)外,还有微创冠状动脉旁路移植术(MIDCABG)、机器人技术、杂交冠脉血运重建等,近年来骨髓细胞心肌血管生成已成为分子生物学领域的热门,未来技术成熟后有望联合CABG应用于临床。现就冠脉旁路移植术的现状与研究进展做一综述。
