实验中心交流会——激发实验技术人员内在动力的有效方法

Seminar in the Experimental Chemistry Center:An Effective Approach to Inspire Self-Motivation of Technicians

针对北京大学化学基础实验教学中心实验技术队伍的现状,提出了激发实验技术人员内在动力的有效办法:定期开展实验中心交流会。介绍了交流会的组织形式和报告内容,结合实际事例展示了交流会开展两年多来在激励技术人员内在动力方面的效果,并提出交流会未来的发展规划。

Highly educated and being younger are trends of technicians in many experimental chemistrycenters of Chinese universities.In order to inspire self-motivation of technicians,seminar is organized inExperimental Chemistry Center of Peking University.The organization and contents of seminar areintroduced in details.It is demonstrated by more than two-year practice that initiativity and creativity oftechnicians are accelerated.The future plan of seminar is proposed.
