锰离子掺杂对Ca_(0.6)La_(0.8/3)TiO_3微波陶瓷性能的影响

摘要 通过固相反应法,制备了锰离子掺杂的Ca_(0.6)La_(0.8/3)(Ti_(1–x)Mn_x)O_3陶瓷,研究了掺杂离子对其相结构和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,锰离子掺杂样品具备单一的正交晶系钙钛矿结构。样品的体积密度以及Q·f_0值随着锰离子含量的增加,呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;而相对介电常数ε_r随着锰含量的增加仅有小幅度降低,并且锰离子的加入有助于谐振频率温度系数τ_f的降低。当锰离子掺杂量x为0.015时,所制备样品具备较优的微波介电性能:ε_r=113、Q·f_0=9 877 GHz和τ_f=186×10^(–6)/℃。 Mn3+-doped Ca0.6La0.8/3(Ti1–xMnx)O3ceramics were prepared via solid state reaction method,and the effect of Mn ion doping on their phase structures and microwave dielectric properties was investigated.Results show that all the Mn ion doped samples are pure orthorhombic perovskite phases.The bulk density and Q·f0value of the samples increase firstly,and then decrease with increasing Mn content.εr decrease slightly and the?f value lowers due to the addition of Mn ion.When the Mn ion doping content(x)is0.015,the better microwave dielectric properties of the prepared sample are obtained withεr=113,Q·f0=9877GHz and?f=186×10–6/℃.
