聚氨酯基吸波涂层的仿真分析与实验验证 被引量:2

摘要 基于FEKO仿真软件,建立以金属平板为背衬、吸波涂层为面板的仿真分析模型。通过计算不同吸波涂层厚度条件下仿真分析模型的RCS值,分析涂层厚度对其吸波性能的影响,确定了满足X波段吸波要求的涂层厚度范围。根据仿真结果,进一步制备了相应厚度的聚氨酯基吸波涂层进行实验,并将其实测反射率与仿真反射率进行对比。结果表明:以导电炭黑(质量分数5%)、羰基铁粉(质量分数75%)为吸波剂的聚氨酯基吸波涂层能有效降低金属平板的RCS值,平均降幅大于5 d Bsm。当聚氨酯基吸波涂层厚度为1.6 nm或1.7 mm时,其反射率低于–10d B的频率范围涵盖整个X波段。通过EFKO仿真软件对吸波材料进行辅助设计,具有良好的精度,可为吸波材料的优化设计提供参考。 A simulation model using the metal plate as backing and the absorbing coating as panel was created based on FEKO simulation software.The influence of absorbing coating thickness on absorbing property was analyzed by calculating the RCS of each simulation model and the thickness range of the absorbing coating was also determined,in which the reflectivity is less than–10dB on X-band.Furthermore,absorbing coatings based on polyurethane were prepared,and the measured reflectivity was also compared with simulated reflectivity.Finally,the results show that the absorbingcoating used carbon black(5%mass fraction)and carbonyl iron(75%mass fraction)as the absorbent could effectively reduce the RCS of metal plate,and the average decreased of RCS is exceeded5dBsm.When the thickness of absorbing coating based on polyurethane is1.6mm or1.7mm,the frequency range whose reflectivity is less than–10dB could cover the whole X-band.Using FEKO simulation software to study the absorbing property of absorbing materials has good precision,may provide some guidelines for the optimal design of absorbing materials.
