卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效分析

Efficacy of capreomycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效。方法:收治复治涂阳肺结核患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用3SEL2Pa Z/9EL2Pa方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用卷曲霉素和左氧氟沙星,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察组,涂阳阴转率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率、不良反应发生率和平均用药时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of capreomycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:78 patients with retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with 3SEL2PaZ/9EL2Pa programme.The observation group added capreomycin combined with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the negative conversion rate of smear negative,the absorption rate of the lesion,the rate of cavity closure,the incidence of adverse reactions and the average medication time were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of capreomycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was significant.
