静脉注射右美托咪啶辅助全身麻醉的有效性与安全性

Safety and efficacy of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia

目的:探讨静脉注射右美托咪啶辅助全身麻醉的有效性及安全性。方法:收治行全身麻醉患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予静脉注射右美托嘧啶辅助麻醉,对照组给予等量生理盐水辅助麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:在观察组,给药后5 min、10 min的Ramsay镇静评分明显高于对照组,给药后10 min呼吸频率及血氧分压明显低于对照组,各种麻醉药物用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组麻醉时间、拔管时间、清醒时间及不良发应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:静脉注射右美托咪啶辅助全身麻醉可增强镇静作用,减少麻醉药物的使用量,安全有效。

Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia.Methods:80 patients with general anesthesia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia.The control group was given normal saline assisted anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effects of two groups.Results:In the observation group,Ramsay sedation scores at 5 minutes and 10 minutes were significantly higher than the control group;respiratory frequency and partial pressure of oxygen at 10 minutes were significantly lower than those of the control group;the amount of anesthetic drugs was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of anesthesia,extubation time,waking time and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia can enhance sedation and reduce the use of anesthetic drugs,and it was safe and effective.
