几种包皮环切术式的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of several circumcision methods

目的:分析传统包皮环切术和包皮切割器的临床疗效差异。方法:收治实施包皮切割器进行包皮环切治疗的患者,和以往使用常规包皮环切术患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:使用包皮切割器进行包皮环切术治疗者,其治疗效果明显高于常规包皮环切术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在实施包皮环切术治疗时,使用包皮切割器的方法治疗可明显提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the different clinical curative effect of circumcision and foreskin cutter.Methods:Patients undergoing circumcision by foreskin cutter were selected,compared with the results of conventional circumcision in the past.Results:The use of cutter foreskin circumcision for the treatment,the curative effect was significantly higher than that of conventional circumcision,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of circumcision,using foreskin cutter treatment method can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect.
